Marnong Estate - Winery

This experience was not good at all. Came here to celebrate my dad's birthday and pizza was cold burnt & chewy. Lasagna was way overcooked soggy and sauce was bitter. The only good dish was the calamari. In the past we had been to the Cucina and the food was superb could not be faulted. I wonder if the chef has changed? Also waiter forgot to place our 2 mains and when I told the waiter at the table they failed to inform the kitchen. I had to get up and tell the person at the till that our food had not arrived. Its a real disappointment! This experience is one to forget.

Simply sensational. A date night for my husband and I. The food was incredible - between us we had the oysters, burrata, kingfish, tortellini and rib eye steak. We would have had dessert but we were so full! Next time! The cocktails, wine and service was exceptional! Already can’t wait to come back again! We stayed the night in the cabins which made our visit even more amazing. Thank you again.

We dined in a group of 9 at Cucina. We were served by Amy and Tara, the service was outstanding. The ladies were very friendly and attentive. The location was superb. Hills and Green fields for miles. The grounds are really beautifully maintained. They had bean bags where you could sit and look out which was a nice touch. The wine was enjoyed by all. There was a good mix of light red to a very bold red which accommodated all the differing wine tastes on the table. The food. The most important part, was incredibly delicious and clearly high quality. The entrees were a great place to start and the arancini and mozerella dishes were a highlight. The foccacia with the Ricotta was a lovely mix also. The mains were very much enjoyed by all. We had the steak which was tender and accompanied well with the Salsa Verde. The barramundi was also a highlight. We also ordered 2 pizzas for everyone to share, delicious! Thank you for a wonderful evening, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us

My wife and I were celebrating our first anniversary with a glass of wine and a nice lunch. We were really excited to enjoy the lovely estate and then sit down for a bite. The booking process requested for a credit card number up front... okay, fair enough. We were 5 minutes early to our booking but were asked to come back when the "table was ready". Later, when being seated, we were put right next to a thoroughfare with an automatic door that kept opening every few seconds. Looking around, we noticed (and I counted) 10 other empty tables for two. I asked the waiter if we could be moved to a more suitable location, and they claimed that "they were full"... okay, fair enough. The meal was delicious, the wine was really nice, the automatic door was extremely annoying and the other tables... still empty. I can not fault the food but at least be accommodating to guests next time please.

One of the best wedding venues that I have ever attended with superb facilities and accommodation. Staff are friendly. A special shout out to DANNY who served our table during the dinner reception, who is especially attentive to my wife's keto diet requirements and made every efforts to get the right drinks. DANNY is a staff who should be treasured and appreciated. DANNY always presents himself with a smile and made us feel welcome.
